Questions arise every minute of every day.

“If God loves . . . ?” “If God is love why?”

This past week in South Carolina God called 9 people who were in His House worshipping Him, into His presence and the people of America are in shock.

The victims families are acting with grace.  They are forgiving and offering salvation through Christ, to the Satan filled and controlled young man.  This young man is not just going to die but die and go to Hell, unless the Gift of Eternal Life is accepted by him.

The people of South Carolina are doing exactly what scripture says they are to do.

“Beloved let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.  1 John 4:7

The flood of love in action is taking place and if we in all of North America pay attention, we can learn what the love of God in His children can do to a Community, a State, a Country and The World.

The Love of God is extended to us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Romans 5:8

The media are searching for answers, but are looking in all the wrong places.

The answers are not found in discourse but rather in Scripture,

1 John 4:8 – “He who does not love, does not know God.”

As we read on we will not ‘get the cart before the horse’.  God is love, the only source of love and He paid the ultimate price as a Father, giving His Son as a final substitute for sin.  If you have not accepted His perfect gift of grace and love, may you do so today and be filled with His love, His Son, His Spirit and live in the freedom of His grace.

God’s love has several facets and we will look at some of those in the near future.

On a personal note, we saw the Cardiologist this week.  The Doctor said there would be no more procedures at this time due to risk and to go and live a normal life.

Please, love one another, pray for one another and keep on going on in His love and grace.
