Edna Corenia (Frederick) Wright McLean, 80, of New Ross went to be with Jesus on the morning of Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015.
Corenia was born Jan. 1, 1935, at London, Ky., to Oscar and Bertie (Johnson) Frederick.
On June 7th 1953 Corenia married James L. Wright. James and Corenia were blessed with four children.
After the deaths of their first beloved spouses, Corenia and Robert McLean were married on Sept. 28, 2003.
She was a 1953 graduate of New Ross High School.
After 20 years of service Corenia retired from Indiana Cities Water Company.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Crawfordsville and also attended the First Christian Church in Veedersburg.
Corenia is survived by her husband of 12 years, Robert McLean; her four children, Terri (Joey) Smith of Loganville, Ga., Jim (Sharon) Wright of Lebanon, Joe (Rhonda) Wright of New Ross and Mike (Kelly) Wright of Bedford; siblings, Ruth Bronaugh of New Ross, Doris (Bill) Boone of Crawfordsville and Charlie (Martha) Frederick of Wanamaker; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
God blessed Corenia with a second family through her second husband Bob. This family includes his three daughters, Angie, Crystal and Shannon; their spouses; six grandkids; and six great-grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband of 49 years, James Wright; and grandson Brady Wright.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14 at First Assembly of God Church, 2070 Lebanon Road, with Pastor Rob Hughes officiating. Burial will be in New Ross Cemetery.

She will be greatly missed in Florida by her church family here at Deer Creek Campers’ Church.
