Greetings to you on this Saturday morning.

As Elaine and I look out our window this morning we see clouds full of moisture, rain and snow and are reminded of the goodness of God.  This area needs a lot of rain, not as much as California, but none the less needed for future crops.

25 Ways to Praise

The Only God

In our Bucket of Praise today, we will praise, “The Only God”.  We should praise Him in song, “There is only one God, there is only one King . . . “.

“Lord I praise you because you are the Lord, and there is no other, apart from you there is no God.”  Isaiah 45:5

God is the only one who could and would in His sovereign grace establish the One Body of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Therefore, we should praise God for the One Body, The Church of Jesus Christ.

As a Body, we will be worshipping and fellowshipping in many different churches over the next several month.  We need to praise God that we have freedom to worship the one and only one who is our personal God.

The Holy Spirit instructs us as the One Body how to conduct ourselves in our relationships with one another.  Ephesians 4:1-6.  We are called to be lowly, gentle, long suffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace . . .

One God, One Spirit, One Saviour, One Body of Christ.

Praise God for One!

• It is clear
• It is simple
• It is profound

When we are in Christ, we should abide in Him with singleness of eye and walk with him praising him all the day long that He through His Holy Spirit has revealed this comforting truth to us.
